Anonymous, 16 Jun 2022 Titanium is light. Super light. Ahhh. I must be thinking of ceramic. That's been used in some phones like the Mi Mix 3, and it weighed a tonne. Yes, it must be the expense that stops it being used in many phones.

Olympus Oms, 16 Jun 2022Someone should make titanium bodies, like Nokia did back in the days. I loved the Samsung gala... more Titanium is super expensive. More than stainless steel. Metal body requires the antennas to be external. None of these brands want to cut chassis for Qi charging like pixel 5, that also was covered in plastic to allow 5G.
What about 5G support in the US (AT&T specifically)? Any news about that?

But I guess it would be a bit heavy with today's sizes. But hey, Nokia 3310 was plastic as strong as titanium! And did it get scratches, we could easily just change the cover.
I am sure they will sell few of them - in China. In Europe one plus is finished. I would rather get old Nokia phone with proper support than half baked Oneplus-Oppo crap.

I loved the Samsung galaxy alpha for the aluminum body. And wasn't metal actually better for the antennas too?
Olympus Oms, 16 Jun 2022 Imagine this with the size of 6.2" screen and flat screen. Original oneplus os. None of their subsequent phones recaptured the excitement of the OP1 and OP3/T. Looking back at the specs now, especially battery life in GSMA's reviews, these phones are a joke compared to what current midrangers offer, but it was 2014, and there was something special about them. I especially loved the metal body and size of the OP3T. Why don't we have metal phones now?
I don't think people interest about this brand anymore...
The Android Freak, 16 Jun 2022 Also good stable software for two years. Wrong. It's not stable os, because it is not oneplus os anymore.
Also good stable software for two years.
I am waiting for it badly. Just want it to be below 600USD for 256GB and battery efficient.
I fear this may very well be the last OnePlus handset with a flagship chip..
